In 2009 and 2010 Renco Construction completed a full renovation of the penthouse and presidential suites at the renowned Surrey Hotel in New York City. Because the Surrey Hotel was built in 1926, special had to be paid to maintaining the historic integrity of the structure while modernizing the aforementioned suites.
